

28 oz whole peeled tomatoes (canned)
1 jalepeño (seeded and chopped)
½ onion (peeled and chopped)
1 bunch of cilantro
¼ cup lime juice
1 tsp Ancho chili powder
3 tbsp coarse sea salt
1 tsp black pepper

Place all ingredients in a food processor and chop for 30-45 seconds or until the ingredients combine completely. *You can also use a Nutribullet. Be careful not to over process!
