When I was pregnant with Benny, our fertility doctor told me this, “There will always be something to worry about.” I’m the eternal optimist worrier. The one who thinks, “When XYZ happens, I’ll stop worrying.” Yet, history has shown me that I tend to swap an old worry for a new one. In the last year, I’ve worked hard to keep things positive when the worries take center stage in my mind. Because, in every situation there is also a best-case scenario that’s possible 🙌🏻. I continue to admire all those carefree people in my life who can just go with the flow. I’m trying to be more like you 💙
