Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Pizza Dough (Only 4 ingredients!)

I really don’t like to be the bearer of bad news, but…If you are expecting this to taste like ‘real’ pizza, you will be majorly disappointed. This dough is meant to be an alternative that is paleo,  gluten-free, and dairy-free. (Scroll to the bottom for full recipe!)

Each pizza disc is cooked on the stove-top first to set

Then it is baked on a pizza stone to crisp

Place back on the pizza stone to melt the toppings

Yields4 Servings

 ¾ cup almond flour
 5 whole eggs
 3 egg whites
 1 tsp baking soda
 1 tbsp Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel Seasoning (or other seasoning of your choice)
 coconut oil spray

Place pizza stone in the oven and set to 425 degrees.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the whole-eggs and egg-whites.

Add in the almond flour and baking soda. Mix together.

Spray a small-skillet with coconut oil and place on the stove-top over medium heat.

Carefully divide the batter into four equal portions. (About 1/4 cup) Pour the batter into the skillet. Cook on each side for 3 minutes. (It will look like a pancake)

Once you have made all four pizza discs, place them on a pizza stone and cook for 6 minutes.

Remove and let cool. You can top and melt the ingredients right away or freeze for use later.
