One of my favorite parts of traveling is eating delicious food, but that often comes with a price. Once I return from a trip, I always feel like such an unhealthy lug. This past weekend I felt like I morphed into a giant croissant with arms and legs. (I’m not saying there is anything wrong with that, because baked goods are delicious).
Researching, planning, prepping, and cooking new dinners is somewhat of a hobby for me. I find it relaxing, and it also gives me something to do while I enjoy a glass of wine. Despite the fact that our kitchen is filled with cookbooks, Pinterest has always been my main source for inspiration. Here are three of my favorite blogs to go to for dinner inspiration:
The Petite Chef: Traci DeVito
When I met Traci last month, I had been following her on Pinterest for a little while. I fangirled, and blurted out, “Oh my gosh! It’s so awesome to finally meet you!” The name ‘Petite Chef’ suits her well as Traci is just that! I think her camera was half her size. Traci’s food pictures are so beautiful, and she has a wide-variety of recipes that I can easily modify to fit my dietary restrictions. I enjoyed talking to her about how she manages to develop such pretty content for her page. On top of it all, she is a total sweetheart, too!

Amy in the Kitchen: Amy Duska
Let me just get this out there right away- Amy has 7 children. You read that correctly- SEVEN! She also manages to create multiple recipes weekly, maintain her beautiful blog, and look flawless at the same time. Here are some of my favorite things from Amy in the Kitchen.
